Best Home Services is looking to add to our Customer Experience team!
Shift: 8AM-4:30PM M-F
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal oriented mindset. This position handles maintenance membership cancellations, De-escalating customers, and working alongside the trade managers for a better customer experience.

Essential functions of the position:

Ability to work as a team

Daily inbound calls and follow ups

Educate customers throughout their project
Requirements
-
1-year minimum call center experience
-
Team lead experience preferred
-
Familiar with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC terminology
-
Service titan experience is a plus!
Compensation- $18-23/hourly
