Job Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk duty.
- Assist other administrative staff and operation staff when needed.
- Assist the proposal team throughout the proposal process.
- Research for new contract opportunity.
- Read, review, analyze, and interpret proposals and objectives of solicitations and other documents.
- Edit, proof, format and provide visualizations for proposals.
- Write, review and edit proposal content.
Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Ability to analyze potential benefits of proposed projects.
- Excellent written and research skills.
- Will need to be self-motivated, willing to dig for information, a team player, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Well-developed application software skills in Windows environment, with emphasis in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the company and subcontractors.
Mon-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
