We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate role, who will be at the frontline of providing service and assurance for our customers.

In the Customer Support Associate role, your daily duties might include:
Managing external and internal relationships to ensure timely and excellent service.
Overseeing order confirmations for our customers.
General data entry.
Supporting the Sales team when it comes to the preparation of quotes.
Assisting in the development of any on-going service enhancements for customers.
Responsible for coordinating our warehouse team with the customer.
Providing special handling for any problems that may arise for the customer.
And other duties as they arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
