The Commercial Title Assistant is responsible to provide and/or assist in the preparation of accurate and professional title commitment updates/amendments, searches, tax certificates, title policies and all pertinent information in relation to the production of title products with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

- Maintain strong and accurate attention to detail along with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly productive manner.
- Ability to discuss chain of title and commitment with customers and staff.
- Research in databases such as SKLD, public county websites and other pertinent software applications.
- Perform with teamwork mindset and with escrow staff and customers.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient typing and keyboard skills.
Exceptional verbal/writing communication, organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Ability to learn and adapt to new production systems.
Commercial or Title Assistant experience a plus.
