Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized, diligent, and responsible Inventory Clerk. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall efficiency of the operation; conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse and/or facility.. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and track inventory levels, movements, and transactions.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to identify discrepancies and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the procurement and production teams to manage stock levels effectively.
- Generate reports to analyze inventory trends, forecast needs, and prevent shortages.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing inventory control procedures.
- Work closely with compliance officers to ensure adherence to cannabis industry regulations.
- Conduct routine inventory counts to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update inventory records using designated software or systems.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments from co packers to verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and manifests.

- Organize and label inventory item locations for easy identification and accessibility.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to coordinate incoming raw material shipments and stock replenishment.
- Check in all finished goods to fulfillment for sales and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on stock movement and trends.
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production-related paperwork needs.
- Assist in reconciling physical inventory counts with production records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, updating documentation accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of material requisition forms to ensure timely availability of raw materials for production.
- Keep records of material requests and track their fulfillment.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for production paperwork, including work orders, production schedules, and quality control documents.
- Ensure all documents are organized, easily accessible, and up-to-date.
- Ensure accurate and timely printing of production documents to support production schedules.
- Assist team with overall goals of department, which may include assisting in the data entry.
- Follow all safety policies and processes; all proper PPE, and safety standards.
- Other duties may apply as required.
Required Skills:
- ● High School Diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- ● Strong Background: - Previous experience with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in inventory control or related roles, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- ● Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

- ● Requires operational knowledge of using a computer and Microsoft office software.
- ● Knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to cannabis production desired.
- ● Ability to consistently maintain standards, accuracy, safety, and communication while working in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Must be able to multitask in fast paced work environment.
- ● Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs.
- ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ● Continuous improvement mentality required.
- ● Prior experience working in inventory control desired.
Salary range: $16.50- $18.00
