The Senior Plant Administrator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of office administration, including, but not limited to: filing records, maintaining correspondence, HR duties, handling mail, scheduling meetings, stocking office supplies, etc. Main position focus is on Administrative, HR and Customer Service.
Operates in compliance with all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations; Prepare and Process Customer Orders in SAP; Prepare and Process Customer Price Quotes; Prepare, Process, and Schedule Logistics for Customer Orders; Schedule and Coordinate RTW physicals for employee(s); Maintain and Organize Confidential Personnel Files; Additional duties assigned by Manager, as needed. Perform Month End Close Out; Assist HR with Benefits; Assist HR with STD/FMLA and other Leave of Absences; Perform, Process and Document New Hire On Boarding/Training
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED required,- college degree preferred
5 plus years of Administrative experience – Manufacturing Environment preferred.
SAP Experience
Administrative Skills such as report writing, scheduling, filing, documentation systems
Monthly Production; Office Lead and Mentor. Prepare and Coordinate Daily Production Planning; Create and Maintain Production Reporting/Scheduling; Microsoft Teams Chats, Calls and Meetings Strong attention to Detail and Organization Interpersonal Skills employees and visitors
