YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As an Assistant Behavior Analyst, you will spend your day designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs for assigned clients. You will document behavioral assessments and treatment plan recommendations using company resources and participate in peer review processes to ensure quality assurance. Utilizing data collection systems, you will establish baselines and assess the efficacy of client treatment programs, frequently analyzing data to guide necessary modifications. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face clinical oversight to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and ensure technicians adhere to instructional protocols. Additionally, you will train behavior technicians, parents, and other professionals on implementing individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise behavior technicians, provide immediate feedback, and monitor the administration of ABA programs across different locations. Monthly family guidance services, coordination of care activities, and ensuring timely documentation of client appointments will also be part of your daily responsibilities. You will travel to various sites as assigned and perform related duties, adhering to company and professional standards.
Here's what you need to become our Assistant Behavior Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, speech/language pathology, behavior analysis, or a related field

3+ years of experience providing ABA or 2+ years of supervisory experience using ABA strategies with clients with autism

Extensive training and experience in child development and Applied Behavior Analysis, with an emphasis on discrete trial training

Current BACB, QABA, or state License/certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst, unless other criteria are met based on BACB guidelines

Credential as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Qualified Autism Service Provider (QASP-S)

Licensure eligible as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA)
