As a member of the store team at Amazing Spaces, a Leasing and Sales Consultant helps create Amazing differences in our clients’ storage experience. An Amazing Spaces Leasing and Sales Consultant uses enthusiasm, empathy, and energy in all interactions with clients, from initial inquiry to move-out. The ideal candidate approaches each day and situation in a positive manner and takes the initiative to go the extra mile.
Our Leasing and Sales Consultant position offers two consecutive days off each week, with no shift ending later than 6:00pm. This is a great position for those seeking work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process from initial contact to move-in, including proactively inspecting and maintaining available spaces, offering property tours, and efficiently compiling and completing all lease paperwork, to ensure a truly remarkable move-in experience
- Take ownership of property appearance and ensure it represents Amazing Spaces’ distinct standard of quality by completing daily property walk-throughs and performing any necessary upkeep, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting of retail office, storage spaces, storage areas and bathrooms
- Embody Amazing Spaces’ mission to provide the most remarkable experience and embrace its client-centric culture in interactions with all individuals who visit the properties
- Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients, vendors, community businesses, and preferred partners
- Strive to achieve economic and square footage occupancy goals by completing all new space inquiry follow-ups and closing the sale with new move-ins
- Serve as a moving and storage adviser, listening to clients’ needs and offering guidance on the best moving supplies and storage space sizes for their unique situation
- Proactively stock merchandise in retail office and assist in any inventory ordering procedures to ensure all products are readily available for our clients
- Maintain a professional image at all times
- Understand and perform all responsibilities in accordance to the Company Manual
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior level of professionalism
- Client-focused and an understanding of how to build relationships
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in phone communication and sales closing skills
- Ability to use time and resources efficiently
- Experience in sales and customer service preferred. Willing to train the right person.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
- Must have the ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends
Salary and Benefits
