Responsibilities:
- Lead customer interactions and ensure exceptional service at retail event locations
- Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide product information
- Drive sales by promoting products and closing deals
- Assist in event setup and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive team environment
- Manage inventory and restock products as needed
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
