SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the Draft Technician is to provide exceptional customer service through cleaning and maintenance of draft beer systems in assigned accounts, as scheduled. Draft Techs are expected to support sales efforts by selling new draft and package placements, and features. The following outline lists specific duties for the Draft Technician.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service assigned accounts as scheduled by cleaning and maintaining assigned draft beer systems, including ‘keg to tap’ responsibility, in accordance with procedures outlined in the FreshTap manual.
- Maintain all systems in accordance with FreshTap manual. FreshTap manual is considered an integral part of this job description.

Utilize FreshTap application/tracking system per FreshTap manual.

Complete inventory of all parts and handles in your assigned vans each week and return to Manager.

Responsible for adhering to regularly scheduled maintenance and general upkeep of company vehicle

Complete and maintain tap handle surveys as required.

Develop relationships with all assigned accounts and sell in new draft and/or package by selling the FreshTap sales call and service guarantee.
- Meet assigned PFP goals monthly through service and sales calls.

Responsible for any night/weekend service calls received during assigned on-call rotation
- Obey and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work required special events and festivals during each individual’s on-call rotation.

Obey all Federal, State, and local laws.

Adhere to the FreshTap dress code and remain properly groomed.

Ability to handle equipment safely and sensibly and taking responsibility for ensuring the safety of others.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Constant Care necessary to prevent injury to others, due to inherent hazards of the job (use of caustic cleaning solutions that are extremely dangerous if ingested); accidents, should they occur, would be partially incapacitating in nature.
