Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing relationships with lenders and general contractors, coordinating with bank draw inspectors, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze AIA G702/703 pay applications and change orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Answer incoming emails from lenders, contractors and bank draw inspectors in a timely manner.
- Enter client and inspector invoices in QuickBooks.
- Use MS Word, Excel and Publisher to track project statuses and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and files.
- Provide administrative support to the office manager and other team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
