As a result of this rapid growth we are currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Manager (Desk Manager) to join our team! We are looking for a high character, hard working individual who is willing to put in the time to help us continue our exponential growth. Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience with a HIGH VOLUME DEALERSHIP (300 – 400 units/month) IS REQUIRED! Exceptional desking skills and a strong understanding of finance are also required.

Responsibilities:
· Establish recommended sales and profit objectives
· Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
· Attend managers' meetings and training as requested
· Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
· Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
· Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals
· Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees
· Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership
· Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances
· Assist salespeople in closing deals and helping clients
· Communicate with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
· Maintain a timely owner follow-up system via the CRM

Requirements
· Previous Automotive Sales Manager Experience is REQUIRED
· Experience with a High Volume Dealership (300 – 400 units /month)
· Exceptional Desking Skills
· Strong Understanding of Finance
· Integrity, A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic Required
· Willing To Learn
· Strong sales and closing skills required
· Receptive To New Ideas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
