Marketing Manager Job Description
Overview: Braden Business Systems is seeking a digitally driven marketing leader to guide our next growth phase. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for our B2B office technology brand. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B marketing experience, preferably within IT or SaaS organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Stewardship and Innovation: Continuously innovate the company and product-level brand identity.
- Demand Generation: Develop multi-channel demand generation programs, including content, email, events, video, social media, digital campaigns and earned media.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Leverage customer insights and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to execute targeted ABM campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform messaging and differentiation.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from planning to sales hand-off.
- Content Development: Create compelling content and thought leadership materials for our target industries and communities.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously measure, optimize, and report performance using customer and market analytics.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with compelling messaging, collateral, and selling tools, event planning, field marketing, webinars, video.
- Channel Partner Nurturing: Develop and manage channel partner programs, including value-added resellers and referral networks.
- Technology Management: Select and manage the marketing technology stack, tools, processes, automation.
- Website and Online Management: Maintain and update online presence as needed to drive inbound demand generation, SEO, PPC.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in B2B go-to-market roles within software/SaaS organizations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Digital Marketing Certifications are a plus.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects from ideation to completion, incorporating input from management.
- Content Strategy: Experience in building and executing content strategies.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable with analytics and reporting dashboards to drive decisions.
- Campaign Orchestration: Success in orchestrating account-based, targeted multi-touch campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with major digital marketing technologies and automation tools. Utilizing AI and also staying in front of future AI/automation.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator capable of building trusted relationships across teams and with external partners.
