Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence for clients and counsel.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Draft discovery documents, including Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admissions.
- Prepare thorough written responses to discovery requests.
- Organize and prepare documents for production in response to discovery obligations.
- Issue subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum as required for case preparation.
- Manage and conduct all necessary discovery processes effectively.
- Conduct interviews with witnesses to gather information and prepare them for legal proceedings.
- Assist in trial preparation, which includes drafting direct and cross-examinations and preparing witnesses for testimony.
- Conduct and defend depositions to uncover facts and gather evidence.
- Represent clients in court appearances for motions hearings, trials, and participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and mediation sessions.
- Provide support to Managing Attorneys by handling additional tasks related to client matters as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Utah State Bar license is in good standing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong legal writing and research abilities
- Creativity and flexibility in advocacy
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
