We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Verizon Account Associate to join our diverse, energetic, and motivated team. As a Verizon Account Associate, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our clients by managing their accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities of our Verizon Account Associate:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Verizon customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Account Management: Handle account inquiries, updates, and modifications. Assist customers with billing questions, payment arrangements, sales delivery, and service adjustments
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Verizon products and services that meet customer needs
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and customer retention
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and answer their questions
- Data Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM database, ensuring all records are current and complete
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Verizon Account Associate team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support overall team goals and initiatives
Verizon Account Associate Qualifications:
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales support is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and learn quickly
