We are currently hiring for a Full-Time RN position in the Davis County/Weber County service areas.
JOB SUMMARY:
Typically M-F.
Provides service to clients in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, Agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice.
The Registered Nurse provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and nursing process and communicates/documents observations and assessments.
Qualifications:
· Graduated of an accredited school of professional nursing.
· Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Utah.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience preferred.
*Preferred Hospice or Home Health Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients in their homes in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act and Agency Policy.
- Caregiving to Home Health and Hospice patients while adhering to Aspire standards.
- Electronic charting timely with compliance.
- Initiates actions to improve the quality of patient care.
- Takes appropriate actions independently and responsively in home care situations.
- Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
- Communicating with supervisors, coworkers, families, and facilities at all times.
Requirements:
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and agency requirements.
- Willing to travel within agency’s service areas.
- Basic computer skills.
- Punctual and organized.
- CPR card, Driver’s license and automobile insurance needed.
- Must complete a criminal background check.
Salary depends on experience with opportunities for bonuses WITH H-I-P PAY.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
