Preventative Maintenance Technician
Position Type: Contract
Position Location: Baytown, TX
Position Salary: $30/HR - $34/HR (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Implement equipment trouble shooting and repairing and work out maintenance records and reports related issues to maintain operation
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks according to schedule
- Execute predictive maintenance plan according to the SAP information to ensure all predictive maintenance tasks are executed in a safe and high quality manner
- Complete related corrective maintenance jobs during work time to maintain operation
- Comply with HSE policy to ensure that maintenance jobs are finished under safe condition
- Carry out patrols and report any abnormal findings to settle troubleshooting promptly
- Prepare maintenance activity reports and submit them to supervisor after finishing each activity for maintenance management
- Use and maintain all tools in a proper condition for tool maintenance
Requirements:
- Vocational school with major in mechanical or pipefitting or PCT or equivalent qualifications with relevant work experience
- Some work experience (1+ years) in the plant with a background in maintenance
- Experience working with SAP is a plus
