Candidate will provide government scheduling support services to an aerospace program to include:
- Develop, integrate and maintain government schedules utilizing Microsoft Project and OnePager Pro tools;
- Assist with PMO, program and project level schedule management with subject matter experts;
- Support ad-hoc and recurring data analysis for various management exercises, executive and programmatic activities;
- Ability to integrate multiple schedules into master schedules across many contracts; and
- Suggest improvements for scheduling practices through innovation and program insight.
This work will be done on-site along with an integrated program management team of logistics, engineers, program managers and financial personnel.

About You: You have 3 to 5 years of experience scheduling for the US Government.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or other related field
- Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, ARES PRISM, etc.)
- Experience working on an military production projects/contracts preferred
- Ability to work as a team with the financial, engineering and program management staff to create and track cost, schedule and performance
- Data management skills are highly relevant (Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to gain a DoD Secret security clearance
