Corporate Hospitality is currently a rapidly growing company in the hospitality industry. We are a lodging coordination firm that primarily handles the responsibilities of apartment, hotel, and man camps for our corporate clients primarily in the oil/gas/construction sector.
General Description:
A Lodging Coordinator picks up ques, coordinate lodging stays, and communicates any changes necessary to the hotels to maintain client satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Book lodging stays in an accurate and timely manner
· Reach out to hotels on behalf of the client to make appropriate changes to current reservations
· Reach out to clients with any issues communicated by hotel
· Negotiate and confirm rates to guarantee client savings
· Check our systems to ensure no double bookings occur
· Inform client of any hotel policies that could incur additional charges (i.e. cancellation policies, parking fees, etc.)
· Communicate issues that are delaying completion of ques to your supervisor or lead
· Complete requests put in by the accounting department to verify information with clients, to ensure accurate invoicing
