Responsibilities:
- Prospect and hunt for new leads and opportunities to build the sales pipeline via phone (cold calling), research, in-person meetings, network, referrals, and leverage existing customer relationships.
- Manage all aspects of sales production including input in marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
-Ability to deliver qualified estimates to yacht owners, yacht management companies related to bridge electronic new builds, refits, and ongoing service requirements.
-Ability to present all Marlink, Telemar and Telemar Yachting products and services by presenting clients with a holistic ‘single service’ approach".
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
-Create, monitor, adjust an annual revenue business plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
-Build, grow and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure revenue expectations are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Eventually Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and monitor performance.
-Achieve all Corporate matrix, revenue growth, profit and loss, team member development.
Networking:
- Attend Maritime Industry networking events including member organizations.
- Prospect and hunt for new leads and opportunities to build the sales pipeline via phone (cold calling), research, in-person meetings, network, referrals, and leverage existing customer relationships.
Experience:
*Yachting/Maritime/Cruise Industry experience strongly encouraged to apply*
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and driving revenue growth.
- Strong background in electronics and technology sales, preferably in the Yachting/Maritime/Cruise Industry.
- Enhance awareness of Telemar Yachting product and services with vessel owners/operators, yacht management companies, related trade partners, shipyards, and system integrators. Build strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders within existing and new markets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals and performance objectives.
- Work with the product development team by helping to define new product specifications according to market needs.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management.
- Proficiency in using D365 CRM.

**The Sales Manager will be based out of our office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will be responsible for servicing existing customers in the local area while expanding new client acquisition throughout North America.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
