Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Social Media Manager to manage and execute our social media strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is adept at creating engaging content, understands the latest social media trends, and can drive engagement and growth across our social media platforms. The position requires 15 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your other commitments. It is B2B marketing and we are looking for someone with around 5 years of experience in this field. This position is for someone on EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role in B2B.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- East Coast position
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
