Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed to complete repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
