Munoz & Co is a boutique investment bank that provides capital to small businesses throughout the entire United States.
The ideal candidate will have experience hiring + interviewing staff members and will have a working knowledge of how to stay organized using excel. These skills are required.
We typically assist clients with resolving the following:
- Financing Mergers & Acquisitions
- Purchasing New Machinery or Equipment
- Changes in Ownership
- Short and Long-Term Working Capital
- Acquiring Real Estate
- Refinancing Existing Business Debts
As you will see, there is effectively no ceiling on your potential as a HR manager with our firm, with the best performing HR people strategically creating accretive revenue growth. A background in finance is not necessary to succeed, but it will certainly assist you with learning the various characteristics of our lending products.
We will provide all of the training, processes, knowledge, and information to make you successful. In general, candidates who succeed at Munoz & Co will be poised to also find success at lower-middle market Private Equity firms, due to the upfront Mergers & Acquisitions exposure you will receive while working at our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key staff members
- Process & submit new files quickly
- Understand and explain product offerings to candidates if they ask questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure team satisfaction & upbeat morale
- Provide ongoing morale support
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently
- Processing experience or knowledge of financial products is a plus
As an HR manager, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by hiring new team members and building strong relationships with our current staff. You will be responsible for onboarding new people, identifying gaps , and managing client relationships. To succeed in this role, you must have decent-to-excellent organizational skills, be able to effectively communicate with teammates, and have a strong understanding of finance. Compensation is extremely lucrative in our industry and there is virtually no ceiling on your earning potential as an HR manager at Munoz & Co, with 7-figure annual salaries possible.

Pay: $27,200.00 - $121,600.00 per year
