Process new and refill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
Investigate unpaid claims and resolve issues.
Ensure accurate entry of insurance information.
Communicate with physicians for patient care continuity.
Investigate previously approved prescriptions with rejection status.
Collaborate with team members for patient care.
Perform patient benefit verification when necessary.
