JOB SUMMARY:
Specialty Inspectors, LLC is currently looking for energetic, driven, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for assisting operations functions, with a primary focus of project setup and scheduling of daily tasks and inspections. The Scheduler works directly with Specialty Inspector’s clients as well as internal stakeholders and leaders to ensure the timely completion of project setup and scheduling objectives.
Prospective applicants must be self-driven, understand construction methods, be able to work independently, be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, and produce accurate results while meeting deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Set up new customers, lots, and projects in Specialty Inspector’s operations management software (“SI”) for assigned customers
· Monitor assigned projects in clients’ supply chain management software and update “SI” to reflect any changes
· Work with clients’ construction managers/superintendents to schedule inspections and other tasks to qualified inspectors
· Ensure the timely delivery of all reports, forms, etc. to customers, Building Departments (“AHJs”), and other stakeholders as required
· Work directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are on track, remove impediments, and provide resources and data as needed
· Manage schedule to ensure completion of all daily tasks for assigned projects
· Communicate daily with supervisor on status of tasks and assigned projects
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager

· Detail-orientated with strong organizational and time management abilities
· Excellent customer service skills
· Must work well in a team environment and individually
- Clear, effective oral and written communication skills
· Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong attention to detail
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High School diploma or equivalent is required
· One-year related experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
