Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless, internet, TV, and home phone needs and recommend the most suitable AT&T products and services.
- Provide expert guidance and assistance in selecting wireless plans, devices, accessories, and entertainment options based on customers' preferences, usage patterns, and budget.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to showcase the value proposition of various AT&T offerings and help customers make informed decisions.
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including activating new service, upgrading devices, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Educate customers on AT&T's promotions, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on AT&T's products, services, pricing plans, and promotional campaigns through training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the telecommunications industry, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude and a results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about the latest trends, features, and innovations in the telecommunications industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Proficiency in using computers, POS systems, and sales software; familiarity with basic troubleshooting is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
