Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and logistic support, ensuring efficient operations. This position requires weekly travel for administrative purposes, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and daily operations
- Greet and assist guests in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with and coordinate all trade show and travel preparations
- Assist the Logistics Department with documentation and data entry with International, Domestic and Government Shipments
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed, weekly Chamber of Commerce runs
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Skills:

- Receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette
