Full Job Description:
- Coordinate and interact directly with clients.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, manage attorney calendars and workflow.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing clients and processing payments
Skills Required:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Quick learner with the ability to research, learn, and self-teach.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet deadlines Timely and dependable team player.
- 3-5 Years Law Firm Experience, preferably in Estate Planning.
