Job Overview:
We are seeking a self motivated, highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop valuable administrative skills. Previous fine jewelry experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Utilize computer systems to schedule appointments, manage client records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including inventory tracking and labeling merchandise.
- Utilize Google Suite to manage calendars, create and edit documents, and maintain organized records.
- Assist with office tasks, such as cleaning and maintenance, as needed.
-Opening and closing the office
- Placing and fulfilling orders online, in person
-Managing orders on our database daily
-Contacting clients when jobs and repairs are completed. Shipping and receiving.
-Tracking all merchandising including dropping off and picking up from our vendors
-Handling quality control inspections
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Google Suite on both Mac and PC
-Must possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. 2 years.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
- Experience with data entry and calendar management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
