We're looking for a business development manager to help drive new sales through cold outreach via email/phone and attending industry events. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, speaking with local government decision-makers, and autonomously iterating on outreach strategies.
This role offers the opportunity to shape business development strategy, learn how to build a company from zero to one, and define the company culture as an exciting place to work and grow.
Candidate requirements
Track record of exceptional performance in roles requiring high volume cold outreach, especially via phone
· Evidence of extreme discipline and work ethic, a “whatever it takes” mentality.
· Demonstrated interest in public service / government.
· Strong alignment with our Core Values
· Familiarity with sales engagement and CRM software like Outreach and Salesforce.
· 1 - 3 years of experience sales, business development, outreach, project management, relationship management.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
