We are hiring for our growing Training department!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
- Creates and maintains training calendars, registrations, and class lists for all customer training's.
- Prepares and stores all quotes, orders invoices, class lists, agendas, certificates and evaluation surveys for all customer training's in Top Vis CRM.
- Coordinates with Technical Instructors to quote custom course requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Books training resources including instructors and training rooms/lab from tentative to confirmed as soon as information is known.
- Maintains prompt and clear communication and documentation of bookings to stakeholders, including notification of cancellations or reschedules.
- Interacts with customers by greeting them before class, attending evening events, organizing transportation (where appropriate) and oversees the departure of the customers when training is completed.
- Coordinates and schedules factory tours for training visitors.
- Prepares training materials for all customer training events. Ships materials if training is being conducted off site.
- Maintains the inventory of demo equipment, training supplies and promotional items.
- Organizes meals and snacks, classroom setup, hospitality efforts (ie hotel accommodations, transportation, evening events) and requests visitor badges to support internal customer training requirements.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) AND one to three months related experience and/or training.
OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in the following computer software programs: Microsoft Office Products
