Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, intake patients vitals, and place in exam rooms. Administer medical treatments, vaccines as ordered.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Athena Electronic Health Records
This position requires someone who is reliable, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
