Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining B&L’s positive public image by providing quality and timely customer service. In this role, you will be providing direct client support through calls and emails as well as general administrative office support such as documenting. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Develop a working knowledge of B&L products
- Handle all incoming calls for repair requests, orders, or general questions about B&L products
- Provide sales support in the form of shipment/invoicing for direct orders through calls, the website, or through B&L sales representative
- Document all sales information and other relevant information in Google Doc
- Provide general administrative support as requested by manager
Preferred knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Experience answering phone calls or managing multiple phone lines
- Strong customer service setting
- Ability to multi-task in a thriving environment
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an office setting preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to communicate with customers
