Job Description
As a Concrete Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our concrete products to construction companies, contractors, developers, and other prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering relationships with existing clients, and promoting our brand in the market.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and proactively seek out new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our concrete solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in accordance with company policies and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the concrete construction, epoxy coatings or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
