Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize work effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
