Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide exceptional phone communication - answer phone and screen calls
- Greet/assist clients
- File management – maintain digital filing system
- Mail – receive and distribute incoming mail, prepare and process outgoing mail
- Office management – maintain office supplies
- Bank deposits – scan check(s) to appropriate team, prepare deposit, deliver deposit
- Scan incoming bills
- Provide administrative support to firm partners, including managing partner calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with recordkeeping
- Assist with light Human Resources support duties
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Event management/coordination (minimal)
Experience:
- Prior experience is not necessary for the right candidate. Instead, we require very high aptitude for technological and professional growth. If you find that technology comes naturally, and you desire to build a professional career, this position could be for you!
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new programs quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
