Job Overview:
Bluenergy LLC is seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team, and work alongside the Roofing Department Manager. As part of our mission to provide a transparent and reliable transition for homeowners towards renewable energy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our organization.

Duties:
- Keep in constant contact with senior to assist in administrative tasks needed
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Organizational Skills: must be organized, and able to complete tasks at hand in a thorough manner, paying strong attention to detail.
- Office Administration: Proficient in office management procedures, customer interaction, along with the ability to schedule and manage appointments.
