Personal Assistant to Shannon Wynne and reports to President & Vice Presidents of management company. Candidate should provide administrative support to both and perform numerous duties, including maintaining schedules, general and specific bookkeeping content, written correspondence, emailing, greeting visitors and assisting when asked with visitor meetings, property knowledge, and coordinating meetings with internal and external clients. Monday thru Friday 8-5. Benefits include 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Vacation (2 weeks), most holidays observed.
What to know before applying:
Candidate must possess general accounting knowledge as this is a minimal requirement for the position. Specifically, but non-inclusive: property management accounting, taxes (annual and quarterly) including K1, 1099 and general city, state and county government is a plus.
General Responsibilities:
· Personal and contact list for Presidents of Company
· Coordinator of weekly, monthly and annual calendar for personal and professional meetings.
· Maintain sensitive banking, interpersonal communication and ongoing developing projects.
· QuickBooks knowledge is a must, including but not limited to: printing checks, invoicing, allocations, ongoing updating of incoming and outgoing balances.
· Property management specifics would include ongoing accounting requirements, occasional tenant and repairs utilizing an established network of vendors.
· Additional tax preparations would involve a CPA; candidate should consider themselves the gatekeeper for all required documentation.
