As our Dental Patient Coordinator - Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient experiences. From coordinating treatment plans to educating patients on payment options, your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

Ensuring patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Coordinating payment plans and insurance claims to optimize patient financial experience

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

1+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator

Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare

Knowledge of dentistry procedures, coding, and insurance practices

Strong communication and customer service skills

Fluency in Spanish and English
Having 5+ years of experience is preferred but not required!
