Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and prioritizing team member tasks to ensure prompt execution
- Ensuring timely responses to all client correspondence and inquiries
- Identifying opportunities to improve our client service processes
- Contributing to the overall client experience supporting team members and senior advisors in creating presentation materials, preparing for meetings, and following up with post-meeting deliverables
- Assisting in client onboarding, updating client files and CRM systems
- Assisting in maintaining client reporting systems
- Properly and accurately execute deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
- Strong communication skills demonstrated via composition of letters, emails, and answering phone calls.

- Have the ability to support multiple advisors
- Be responsive and effective communicators, verbally and in writing

- Be eager to learn about the industry and our firm, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Be tech savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technology tools, platforms, and software
- Candidate must pass a background and credit check
Education: 2-year Degree or Series 65 registered and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry
