Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism. Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs regularly and meet with supervisees that are currently in coursework to meet the board requirements of supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for at least 1 year
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping, including HIPAA compliance.
