The Associate Packaging Project Manager is responsible for scheduling and monitoring the development of packaging for trading card products. This position interfaces with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop, publish, and maintain comprehensive milestones to ensure internal and external teams align in company objectives and priorities.
- Monitor progress and prioritize cross-functional team of brand managers, editors, art directors, and print vendors to ensure upfront materials are provided on time and in full
- Lead weekly meetings with the entire packaging design team to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate multiple weekly meetings with internal and external teams to discuss upcoming deadlines and highlight any concerns to stay ahead of potential obstacles.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them to relevant stakeholders in advance.
- Liaise with external vendors to communicate project milestones and deadlines effectively.
- Update and maintain multiple tracking methods to ensure all the appropriate teams have full visibility of past, present, and future deadlines.
- Assert ownership and effectively communicate status of project lifecycles and provide resolution when issues arise.
- Document the completion of milestones to track KPIs.
- Attend and participate in cross-functional discussions to align priorities and ensure a unified focus on company goals.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives that inform prioritization decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Establish and maintain a strong leadership presence.
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills. Able to provide information thoroughly and accurately.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, command multiple projects and effectively determine priorities.
Proficient in Excel.

The salary range for this position is $68,000- $77,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
