Job Title: Nurse Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitor patient care activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Manage staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate patient records
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Airway management
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Competence in medication administration
- Good knowledge of detox meds and protocol

Qualifications:
