The Front Desk Agent completes guest registration, room assignments and blocking providing efficient, gracious and professional guest service. Our Front Desk Agents must be comfortable conversing with people from all over the world, with a friendly and smiling face. An essential function of the job is providing the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipating and exceeding the guests' expectations. The Front Desk Agent will need to be comfortable using a computer, and lifting, carrying, or otherwise moving up to 10lbs frequently or up to 50lbs occasionally with assistance. Shifts would primarily be 7 am -3 pm and 3 pm-11 pm-Must be flexible and be reliable- Attendance for scheduled shifts is crucial-An eye for details and willingness to follow directions are important-Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently-Delivering great customer service and troubleshooting-Working with management on guest satisfaction-Weekend and holiday availability is required Job Types: Full-time
