Board Certified Behavior Analayst-BCBA or BCaBA (Orlando and surrounding areas)
In Clinic W2 Position
Seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA):

Growing Home Health Agency in Central Florida specializing in pediatric therapy. Looking for a special individual to join our dynamic, fun, growing practice!
Provides evidence-based behavioral therapy that help children overcome behavioral and communication challenges related to autism spectrum disorders, and enhance their independence and quality of life.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive assessment of clients
- Manages a client's clinical programming
- Supervises multiple cases and clinical teams
- Provides direct therapy services to clients, as needed
- Maintains consistent, reliable schedule with clients
- Provides training and on-going support to caregivers and clinical team members
- Produces program updates, reports and paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintains regular and effective communication with client families and clinical care team
- Attends team clinical meetings, staff and professional development meetings
- Complies to company's policies, procedures and timelines
- Supervises RBT's
Required Credentials:
- Masters degree in behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field
- BCBA certified
- Demonstrated experience and skills in team leadership
- Knowledge of ABA principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practice
- Knowledge of effective practice, clinical decision making, outcomes-based intervention
- Knowledge of areas of practice specific to pediatrics, including child development and specific diagnoses
- Individual Florida Medicaid Number
- Bilingual skills valued!
Required experience:
Must have a minimum : 1 year
Required license or certification:
Must have valid Florida License
Florida medicaid number preferred
Required education:
Master's
Required language:
Bilingual is a Plus!
