We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team.
General Responsibilities:
1. Supervising RBTs.
2. Collecting data on targets for reduction and acquisition.
3. Training caregivers in data collection and program implementation.
4. Other activities normally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavior analysis, such as attending planning meetings regarding the behavior analysis program, researching the literature related to the program, talking to individuals about the program, etc.
Skills:
- Possession of a valid BCaBA certification
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, ODD, etc.
- Ability to work effectively with children and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
