POSITION: Behavioral Health Therapist
SUMMARY:
The Behavioral Health Therapist is a member of the treatment team, and provides psychotherapy to clients of Autumn Behavioral Health Center on the platform preferred by each individual served.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide behavioral health diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy services.
- Ability to provide services to adults, adolescents, and children, however client preference considered.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Adhere to expected client care frequency of services.
- Abide by the professional ethics of the individual’s professional discipline and organization.
- Will maintain full compliance with state/federal rules and guidelines regarding behavioral health services.
- Adhere to federal and state confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.
- Adhere to all requirements established by funding sources for maintaining case records.
- Shall be responsible for the accuracy and full compliance of all electronic health record documentation.
- Must complete all billing information accurately, and within required time period.
- Maintain an “audit ready” status with prompt completion of case record documentation.
- Continue to attend workshops, seminars, in-services, classes to remain current with the changes, revisions and additions within the profession.
- Maintain communication regarding professional treatment of clients with all other departments and shall follow recommendations from other professionals when necessary and applicable.
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in significant matters.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director/Supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapy Board licensure – LSW, LISW, LPC, PC, PCC, MFT, IMFT.

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
