Title:
Associate Project Manager, DMS
Primary Function:
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for directing, organizing, owning, and managing projects under the direction of a Project Manager and/or the DMS Division Manager.

DMS Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct project management responsibilities for assigned DMS projects.
- Conduct internal and external kick-off meetings for assigned projects.
- Set-up or direct project team to create new project files and systems (progress tracking, CAD, Asana, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with client contacts and STEC team for data acquisition.
- Perform field evaluations to gather data, including creating field drawing & taking condition photos.
- Prioritize and develop Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) safety plans.
- Interact onsite with client contacts and personnel, keeping STEC Project Manager / DMS Division Manager updated on project related discussions.
- Process and enter data acquired from the field into the system.
- Complete and submit field forms, condition photos, and field drawings.
- Conduct QA/QC review process.
- Perform data entry including revisions.
- Perform quantification of materials and conditions.
- Create budget template and ensure accuracy of project estimates.
- Produce complete DMS reports for final review and presentation.
- Present and deliver final deliverables to clients (online or otherwise) including follow-up items.
- Actively engage with the PM for assigned projects to ensure understanding of construction / conditions identified, condition indices assigned, accurate progress tracking, and clear next actions.
- Focus on developing technical expertise in the Roofing discipline (primary).
- Develop and adhere to project schedules.
- Communicate progress to client.
- Manage budgets (hours and expenses)
- Support online Client Portal (Sharefile) – client orientation and deliverable management.
- Support research needs for DMS.
- Maintain electronic data for production, including DMS history.
- Support system improvements, innovation and special projects.
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of the DMS software / system.
- Expected travel of 30-50% based on project requirements
- Maintain 80% direct time (production/project billable)
Education and Experience
· College degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, or related field in Management
· Non-degreed persons must have 2+ years prior industry project management experience with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
· Professional Certification (CAPM, PMP, PE)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
