The Client Services Coordinator ensures that clients/patients receive quality services while maintaining prescription fulfillment for each client at the highest level for a designated region(s) as well as maximizing BT utilization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordination of all scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling in order for clients to obtain services on a consistent basis in a specified office/territory, average caseload size of 150 Clients
- Appropriately delegate certain tasks to specialist level staff, as needed
- Problem-solve and plan to maximize revenue (billable hours)
- Communicate with clinical teams and parents regularly and attend related meetings to ensure quality services are in place for each client via email, phone, in person/video conference meetings
- Strategically develop staff and client schedules that promote efficiency across the board
- Ensure that all clinical staff adhere to wage and hour laws as designated by their status
- Manage staff and client concerns by providing quick, solution-oriented adjustments on a daily basis
- Communicate with funding agencies on an as needed basis
- Communicate with parents and employees to ensure consistent attendance, quality staffing of programs and effective caseload management
- Meet with Lead Client Services Coordinator regularly to develop and implement solutions to client staffing/scheduling needs
- Provide sound advisement on agency matters as outlined above
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- Prior training in administration of pediatric non-public or healthcare agency preferred
- Prior sound knowledge of pediatric or ABA therapies preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a background and reference check
- Must be able to work from home and make occasional visits to the home office
