Details: The busy General Manager is looking for a temporary part time executive assistant to help 25-30 hours per week until the end of November. There is the potential for future full time (seasonal or year round) work depending on fruitfulness of the position and several evolving goals that the business has in the next calendar year. (There is also expansion potential for someone versed in accounting and related software.)
The General Manager is the owner of the company and will require the assistant to research goods and help him source them, organize travel and banking information, take care of personal errands as needed, and be able to utilize Microsoft office programs to help distribute information and communication on his behalf.
Must like cats (office cat) and be able to put up with semi-grumpy 65 year old men (boss).
